Celestiaran uses the Strategic Defense Space Program (which happens as the space agency has 500 billion).
Hypersonic bombers are on course towards Lucyicra, and Celestiaran, using its industrial capacity of 7 (I rolled a 6) and
the technological level of 12 (The max level) begins building more bombers, submarines, and fighters in an instant. Celest-
aran also begins launching railguns towards Lucyicra, from offshore destroyers. Airships are also being mobilized, and the millitary
budget jumps to 4.5 billion.

Lucyicra has decided to launch a satellite containing a space laser into space since my technology level is one 11.
