Bhalaia Alliance With Celestiaran/Duckri/Kings Of Trump (Lucyicra limited access)

Bhalia arranged a treaty with Celestiaran. Bhalia got information of how to build better nukes, funding for space program for 10 years, and how to do Sea Salt Mineral Evaporation. Celestiaran got military support from Bhalia and Bhalia and to attempt to create a meeting between Celestiaran's Grand Council and Lucyicra's High Priest. Also both are free to engage in trade.

Duckri has decided to offer support to Bhalaia in the form of economy, in exchange for military forces. Duckri is weak in military and a defensive nation, and it needs military to keep up with other countries.

We will provide you with 5,000 troops and 250 aircraft if you give us 500 million (USD) and knowledge about how to make a hovercraft. I am willing to change the amount of money we receive for military support.
